Kenneth M. Milton (Director, Sole Proprietor) has a BFA from Temple University (1971) and earned a four-year certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (1972) while working at Philadelphia Maritime Museum (1969–1972). He has taught and lectured in art history and was an instructor in painting, drawing, and design at Charleston Southern University.
In 1974 he started his own business while subcontracting with the Washington Conservation Studio under the direction of Marion Mecklenberg. The business he started went on to become Kenneth M Milton Fine Arts Conservation of Chestertown, Maryland.
